Bodega Dante Robino
Founded in Mendoza more than 80 years ago, Dante Robino Bodega is one of the country's most prestigious establishments. The Italian immigrant Dante Robino built the bodega.
In 1982, the estate was taken over by the Squassini family, who modernized it with a lot of dedication and has been constantly improving the quality of the wines.
The wines combine tradition with progress. Thus, in the winery large oak barrels in addition to stainless steel plants for grape processing and fermentation. With great passion, Dante Robino produces wines with an excellent price-performance ratio, as evidenced by the numerous international awards.
Meanwhile, the vineyards cover 400 hectares. They are located in the Primera Zona of Mendoza, distributed at different altitudes. An ingenious canal system irrigates the vineyards at an altitude of 900 meters with meltwater from the Andes. The sun and light radiation at this altitude is unique, the pronounced temperature fluctuations between day and night ensure a good acid-fruit development in the grapes.
