Vinification of the Sacchetto Merlot

The grapes for this varietal Merlot come from Veneto.

After harvest, the berries are minced and macerated on the skins at a controlled temperature. The grapes are then pressed and fermented with selected yeasts. The expansion of this merlot takes place in stainless steel tanks with a subsequent refinement in the bottle.
