The Cleopatra Moscato Oro from Jacopo Poli is a harmonious, aromatic grappa distilled exclusively from the marc of the Moscato grape (100%).

In the glass this grappa shimmers in a radiant gold with glittering reflections. Aromatic notes of blossoms and fresh citrus fruits with delicately spicy nuances of oak merge into a harmonious bouquet. On the palate this grappa convinces with purity and finesse. The full-bodied body is wonderfully balanced and is accompanied by a soft-silky texture with fine freshness and spice.

Distillation of Jacopo Poli Moscato Oro Cleopatra

The still fresh pomace is distilled in Crysopea - this is an antique model of a water bathlambic that works with vacuum. After the firing process, this grappa still has 75 vol%. By the addition of distilled water this grappa reaches an alcohol content of 40 Vol%. Afterwards this Grappa rests for a short time in oak wood barrels, in order to be filled then finally on the bottle.

This Grappa is a wonderful digestif, which can best reveal its variety of aromas at a serving temperature of 15 to 18 degrees Celsius. Or serve this grappa with fruit tart and shortbread biscuits.
