Vinification of the Regaleali Bianco Sicilia from Tasca d' Almerita

This white wine, which has now been produced since 56 years, is a cuvée of the Sicilian autochthonous white grape varieties Cataratto 43%, Grecanico 23% and Inzolia 22% and a little Chardonnay (13%) which are cultivated in a hilly position in the vineyard Regaleali. After manual harvesting, the wine is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and matured for 3 months before bottling.
