On the beautiful island of Sicily, in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, the wines of Stemmari have their home. Sicily is a generous land, with glistening light and an airy, dry climate - perfect for making full-bodied, intense and rich wines with a unique bouquet and varietal richness.

On the airy coasts of southern Sicily, Stemmari owns vineyards on the estates of Sambuca di Sicilia in the province of Agrigento and Acate in the province of Ragusa. Each variety is carefully selected to obtain the best conditions in the sunny vineyards. Autochthonous and international grape varieties are cultivated, such as:
- Pinot grigo
- Nero d'Avola
- Pinot noir
The wine cellar
The wine cellar of Stemmari was built like a traditional Sicilian farmhouse ("Baglio"). A sign of deep respect for the Sicilian tradition and land. In the wine cellar Stemmari combines modern technology with tradition to produce wines of intense taste and high quality.

Stemmari's wine production aims at a production model that is compatible with the environment. Vineyards and wine cellars are coordinated in such a way that the impact on the environment is reduced as much as possible and has already been. In 2002 Stemmari was the first winery to be awarded the voluntary EMAS 2 certification for environmental management.
